BOOKING TERMS & PAYMENT POLICY
These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.

These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between the Creating You Creating Her Retreat hosted by Angelica G Miller a division of Audrey Lucille Iconic Style LLC (also referred to as CYCHR) and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein.

The contract and booking is made with, and services will be provided by, Creating You Creating Her Retreat. By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.

BOOKING RETREATS + THE CONTRACT
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with Creating You Creating Her Retreat, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, including minor(s) and/or person(s) under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Creating You Creating Her Retreat sends a confirmation email. It is at this point that a contract between Creating You Creating Her Retreat and the Client comes into existence.

Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force, Creating You Retreat reserves the right to increase or decrease trip prices. Creating You Retreat reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion. The person or persons named on the booking are hereafter referred to as the “Client”. All bookings are made with Creating You Retreat, which sells the tours described in this website.

**Please note that Creating You Creating Her Retreat only offers tours and related activities to women over 21 years of age.

PAYMENT POLICY
You will have 10 days to pay in full or start your payment plan after you receive your email confirmation.

Pricing + Fees
All retreat prices are quoted and payable in USD. CYCHR is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your credit card/bank for processing funds in another currency.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
We understand that unexpected events can arise that can affect your plans. We recommend all our retreat guests purchase travel insurance to protect their purchase. Travel Guard is one company you can seek for a quote. CYCHR does not have any affiliation with this company and it is up to the Client to find the right company and policy that works for you.

Please carefully read everything regarding the cancellation policy before you commit to making your reservation and payments. It is your responsibility to understand our cancellation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen.

DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Creating You Creating Her 2020  Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. “You” refers to the guest booking a Creating You Creating Her 2020  Retreat. “We” refers to Creating You Creating Her 2020 Retreat hosted by Angelica G Miller a division of Audrey Lucille Iconic Style, LLC.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not offer refunds for any reasons but a portion of the amount can be applied to any other retreats within the next two years from the date of the current trip you are registered to attend. Depending on when you cancel the following penalties can apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:

• If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Creating You Creating Her Women’s Retreat.
• If you cancel 60 days before the retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Creating You Creating Her Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
• Your entire payment is forfeited if you cancel within 30 days or less of the retreat start date which is October 9, 2020.
• Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within one week of booking or 90 days prior to retreat start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.

CREATING YOU RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if Creating You Creating Her Retreat must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

Creating You Creating Her Retreat is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS + SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
The Client must notify Creating You Creating Her Retreat in writing during the process of booking (on your registration form) of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect fitness to travel and/or any medical condition. Failure to notify CYCHR may result in the Client being refused travel. Failure to notify CYCHR of any such condition that results in cancellation will have full cancellation fees to the Client. Some trips may be unsuitable for Clients due to age, mobility, disability, pregnancy or physical or mental conditions. It is the Client’s responsibility to check prior to booking. CYCHR may refuse to carry pregnant women over 24 weeks or Clients with certain conditions. CYCHR is not required to provide any special facilities unless it has agreed to do so in writing. CYCHR will do its best to meet Clients special requests including dietary, but such requests do not form part of the Contract and therefore CYCHR is not liable for not providing these requests. Medical facilities vary from country to country and CYCHR makes no representations and gives no warranties in relation to the standard of such treatment.

ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING + FINAL PAYMENTS

Acceptance of Booking
CYCHR will confirm acceptance of the Client’s booking via email. Please ensure CYCHR is on your contact list so our emails don’t go to your junk folder!

Final Payment
For all retreats, the payment of the final balance payment is due 90 days prior to the retreat start date.
Once You’ve Paid Your Full Retreat Payment

• Full retreat payments can only be refunded or transferred to another retreat if you notify us 60 days or more before the retreat begins. For this reason, we recommend you purchase travel insurance. 
• If the final balance is not received by the due date, then your booking cannot be guaranteed and CYR reserves the right to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit.
