How do I find out what services you provide?

The first thing you can do is download a copy of our portfolio by clicking the link above. It will provide you all the details about the services we offer and show you some of our work.

Second, you can schedule a VA Discovery call with me and we can discuss your projects. The link is also listed above.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 5 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services, then simply send us an email detailing the reasons you were not satisfied with our services and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to help our client reach their business goals with quality service. If you are not thrilled with the service or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy customer.

How will I be billed for your services?

All packages are priced as reoccuring billed once a month starting with the first day your contract is paid to start the services. We must be notified 30 days in advance to stop the reoccuring payment process.

Can I upgrade package after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. Please send an email to customerservice@angelicagmiller.com and someone from our team will contact you to make the billing changes to your current account.

Can I roll over my time if I don't use them within my monthly contract?

Unfortunately Angelica G Miller Virtual Assistant Services does not allow clients to roll over hours.
